YIPPIE!!, I passed my International CPC and certificates received thanks to Donna & the training team. The course was well presented and engaging, making all of the students keen and willing to learn. When there was a "stumbling block" or something needed to be "explained in more depth", care was taken to break it down into steps and re-show the whole class until there was complete comprehension before moving on, without disrupting the flow learning for the required topics or having to skirt other subject areas. The training team do their utmost throughout the course help you get keyed up and ready for the end of course exams, whilst also allaying any pre-exam nerves. I would like to thank the team for helping me to get my bus licence and CPC. The training I received gave me the knowledge and confidence to pass both tests first time! I undertook my international operator's licence for road haulage with Howells training (Nov 16). From start to finish both Donna and Sarah were amazing. The course was very informative and the learning made easy by their delivery of each module. Like mine Howells is a family run business and it shows. Howells Training recently carried out an audit of our maintenance systems, in support of an application to the Traffic Office to increase our vehicle authorisation. The audit was carried out with minimum disruption to our business and at a sensible price. The audit highlighted areas for improvement and recommendations to ensure on going compliance. Howells training drafted a detailed report which was submitted to the TC, within one month we had the approval we needed for the extra licences. Howells Training offer excellent services and are always willing to help with support and advice

In my opinion this course is very well presented from start to finish and if I had to go through it again I would and who would have thought that taking a driving test at 55 would be so easy after the training.
